This is a process to - identify personal values & beliefs, explore the effect on your expectations and judgements, decide which serve you or hold you back and implement a plan of action to alter or let go of those that no longer serve you. That plan will depend on you and could include approaches from all aspects of our work, i.e. corporate, personal or spiritual development. You will choose a combination that's right for you. This process can be used with individuals, teams, departments, or whole organisations including: SMEs, large corporations, schools, hospitals, charities, familes, etc.  

We run workshops to meet specific needs of multinational companies as well as SMEs, and occasionally, run open courses. These have included: Powerful Communications, Assertiveness, Letting Go of Stress, Leadership, Customer Service, Feedback Skills, Interviewing Skills, Coaching Skills, Presenting Skills, Valuing Diversity, Women in Management, Counselling Skills, Train the Trainer, Facilitation Skills  

We've been invited to deliver seminars and give talks on subjects that include: 

• "Soulful Success" to a CIPD group of HR professionals 

• "Cultivating the Successful Companies of the Future" as part of the ICOS conference at Surrey University 

• "Successful Relationships mean Successful Businesses" to a Womens Network meeting in New South Wales  

• "The Interfaith Concept" to a Spirit in Work network meeting at Douai Abbey 

• "Soulful Success - Creating Team Spirit" at the Training Solutions Show in Birmingham 

We act as personal coaches and mentors to a wide range of managers. Some we meet once a month, while others telephone us as and when the need arises. Because we believe in everyone, this support will inspire you to maintain your hero.  

• A 4 year project with a health authority to introduce and run an annual management training and development programme, an appraisal scheme, a briefing group network and senior management development projects 

• Developing a team of managers to become trainers in a large financial company  

• Team development for a research and development company 

• Developing a multi-cultural management team for a new commercial enterprise in Russia  

• A 4 year project to supply the management training and development for a large engineering company 

• A personal development project for the management & staff of a national voluntary agency to ensure the closure of units caused no negative political publicity
