Emotions can help or hinder the team. They can signal what individuals and the team needs, or simply leave everyone in turmoil. It all depends on how much they know them, and what they do with them when making decisions and solving problems. Heroes learn to use emotions as clues to help them, are able to let them go, and then be clear.

Teams are built on relationships, and Heroes know how to build positive relationships. Good relationships make a positive difference to the success of a team. People work together more productively, achieve more and are more motivated. Successful businesses need people to work together. Teams also need good relationships with other teams, whether it's customers, colleagues, suppliers or managers

Good communication is essential. With the extra pressure businesses are under today, it is even more important that communication in the team is effective. It just wastes time if people take positions, don't talk, or get upset. It leads to misunderstandings, and an unhappy team. Your team needs to be able to communicate positively and confidently with each other, customers, colleagues, suppliers and managers.

The programme of three two day workshops costs £10000 for a team of six. Individual workshops would cost £3850. Each workshop can stand alone, but each will build upon the others to strengthen your Heroes skills and understanding.
